By checking the box below you warrant that you are an authorized representative of your organization and the organization agrees to:
a) Adjust its DNS ("MX") settings at the inception and termination of service in accordance with requirements for use of the service;
b) Accept the MailSift service on an "as is" basis, without any express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and infringement of proprietary interests;
c) Indemnify, defend, and hold PixelGate Inc, its partners, successors and parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and its and their employees, officers and directors, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of, related to or in any way connected with the services included;
d) Use the service in a lawful manner in accordance with any and all applicable local, state, federal, or international regulations;
e) Have fully read Pixelgate Inc's Privacy Policy, available here, and understand and agree to all of its terms.
